ASCCA has launched a new program to help members overcome their unique challenges and become as sustainable and profitable as possible.
The ASCCA “Business Acceleration Team” (BAT) is a small group of shop owners who have joined together to provide free, short-term business coaching, consulting, and mentoring to their ASCCA peers. The goal is to help shop owners work through specific problems with their businesses in a private and confidential manner, and then connect them with others in the ASCCA network who can provide longer term coaching and solutions. The initial evaluation with the Business Acceleration Team is a no-cost benefit to ASCCA members and others in the industry.
The ASCCA BAT can help you tackle:

- Employee safety
- HR/employee issues
- Succession planning
- Profits
- Numbers/KPI's
- Keeping your doors open
- How to expand your business
- Employee training
- Shop policies and procedures
