Diana is a growth specialist, board facilitator, performance, catalyst, and LinkedIn Pro. She thrives on working with others to create successful outcomes for any type of business challenge.
Diana, as a certified IA LinkedIn trainer, has instructed and trained hundreds of businesses, individuals & organizations, since 2006. Her workshops receive the highest reviews. She is a guest lecturer at UNT (University of North Texas), completing her 8th year in November 2024.
Her LinkedIn achievements have allowed individuals to “build their brand” and companies to “grow their social presence.”
Diana’s favorite aspect of training is revealing, to even those with more the 500+ connections, all of LinkedIn’s elements and equating LinkedIn knowledge to swallowing an elephant.
She is certified in all TTI (Target Training Insights) Assessments and has been collaborating with them for 15+ years. These tools are highly effective for team dynamics, personal development, and/or hiring and selection.
Prior to owning her businesses, her 25-year career included senior level positions with leading domestic and international manufacturing organizations; spanning key industries as steel, automotive, construction, & graphic arts. Diana has a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering management from Oregon State University and a Master of Management from Northwestern University.
Diana also enjoys speaking engagements that range from LinkedIn to business issues, to golf.
